The way things started I thought I was in for a set of Sonic Youth type noise, but fortunately that wasn't the case. Unfortunately, the music was just a couple notches above Sonic Youth. Experimental Rock would definitely describe their style of music. The singer (an Asian girl with a cute bob) reminded me of the vocalist from the Silversun Pickups, who I'm also not a fan of. The band was definitely into their thing, it just wasn't mine.
