I was losing hope, but guess what? Rock isn’t dead. It’s alive and amplified as witnessed tonight by the fellas from Mooney Suzuki. Hands down one of the best rock shows I’ve ever been to. I’d never heard their music before tonight, but certainly got familiar afterwards because I bought 3 of their CDs. (The Mooney Suzuki (Black EP), Electric Sweat and Alive and Amplified). They fit firmly in the classic rock genre. Sammy sings with a style that is similar (in sound) to Jimi Hendrix. And Graham will blow your mind. A must see if they come to your town.
