I'd been anticipating this show for a good while.  I couldn't find any other takers that night so I just figured I'd head over.  I didn't know much about the opening bands Black President and Shot Out Hoods.  Black President was really solid and really had that hardcore sound I really dug in the 80's and 90's.  TSOL was great.  Those guys are getting up their in age but they can still perform. The lead singer is as much a comedian as ever up there.  They definitely sounded great as always and I'd go see them again if they pass through this year.
