We showed up just in time to catch the headliner; The Honorary Title. I wasn't familiar with the band besides listening to some of their songs on their myspace page the day of the show. The performance turned out to be a solo acoustic set performed by Jarrod Gorbel. He was quite impressive. There were times during the first few songs that I got the chills when he would belt out the chorus at the end of the song. He seemed to enjoy chatting between songs and his banter was pretty entertaining and funny. I particularly liked when he made a comment to the people sitting right in front of him about them talking while he played. It is completely rude and I don't understand why people do it. Go hang out in the bar if you want to talk. Anyways, Jarrod managed to pull it off without coming off like a dick. A couple of the songs titles I caught were "Far More", "Snow Day", and "Reason to Celebrate." I wish I knew what the first few songs were.
