What a night.  Most fun at a show i've had in years...  Despite an iPod commercial and pretty constant play on KCRW,  the Ting Tings are still relatively unknown here in the states.  (This despite debuting at #1 in the UK)   For those new to the band, there are two members:  Jules De Martino on drums, and Katie White on guitar.  I would classify their style as indie-pop.  

The show was absolutely amazing.  Practically every song was better live...and that's not a knock on the album which I love.(Think of Radiohead's Idioteque--great song recorded...absolutely insane live)  The energy at which they performed was an absolute treat.  Non-stop, pure entertainment from start to finish.  

I loved it so much I will be seeing them in their hometown of Manchester in a few weeks...  Now THAT is going to be crazy.
