Went with a buddy to this since he'd never seen Bad Brains and I hadn't seen them since the early 90's.  I really anticipated this show but was a bit disappointed.  The lead singer was so mellow and so out of it the first half that it was hard to hear him.  He was pretty out of it and the place eventually filled with smoke (yep that kind).  The second half they fired it up better and he was more into it. They played a lot more familiar songs and he moved around and got louder...It capped it off as an "ok" show but since it was Bad Brains I have to say I always enjoy at least being there to hear their music. Just wish it was like the "old" band I knew. Kevin Seconds opened up with an acoustic set and although it was solid I really wanted to hear some Seven Seconds songs. Just not the night I expected.  But still good to go see them both.  Probably for the last time for me though.
