There is not enough to say about the Glossines. Seriously, there is not enough to give a full review. They are a couple of girls with a guy drummer named Poptart. They thanked the remaining audience for staying late and began their set. It was straight forward college rock, though I mean that in a negative connotation. They did thank everyone for being so nice, but it did not make their music any more entertaining. After the second song they said the crowd really knew how to party. That is when I realized that a party is the only appropriate place for their music.
They thanked their drummer for helping them out on a sunday night, indicating he may not be their regular guy. Soon after there was a drunk girl who fell on stage over a monitor speaker. Dragged back up the speaker was bumped around, but the girl was under control thanks to a friend. That was the last memorable moment. The songs were mostly the same and truly forgettable. For those who want to party they will find The Glossines fun, but that is their extent.
