OK, so I saw Once, got the soundtrack and have really like the music since.  (For those new to the band, Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova aka The Swell Season, starred in a musical/movie called Once, which won them an oscar for best song) But I always felt Glen Hansard's voice could, at times, be just a bit overbearing...stretching just a little too far.  But wow, what a live set.  Their sound was great and they just came off to me as completely passionate, humble and genuine.  Tangible lyrics with great harmonies.  Musicians doing what they absolutely love to do.  On this night, they were my favorite band.  I would not hesitate to see them again.
