I checked out some of their music last night on their myspace page and thought it was ok. Well, they certainly brought the music to life with the live performance. It was a high energy show that kept you moving to the music. The lead singer’s vocals reminded me of the guy from Mars Volta in certain parts.  

Unfortunately, I feel like there’s a little something lost watching a rock band in broad daylight. Fair to Midland is definitely a band I would like to see at a good dark intimate venue. I’ll have to keep an eye out in the future.
